Prior to the shop's grand opening Marsha was already well known in the neighborhood for her cakes and pastries. When Jacqueline's Pastry Shop opened in 2007 she named the shop after her mother who taught her how to bake and decorate cakes. Marsha still uses some of her mother's recipes at the shop. |

Jacqueline's specializes in cakes for weddings, birthdays, and other special events. We also caters events for morning pastries. |
| In
2008 Marsha expanded her business to include a full service coffee shop with
homemade lunches named Eddie Buck Coffee. She named the coffee shop
after her father's nickname. All of the shop's sandwich rolls are
freshly baked and all of its coffee beans are locally roasted in Charles
City.
Eddie Buck Coffee delivers to local businesses and caters lunch and dinner events. The shop can also be rented for special events. Eddie Buck Coffee and Jacqueline's Pastry Shop are both family businesses. Marsha's husband, daughters, and grandson are often seen helping her during the weekends. So come on by and enjoy a latte, a cinnamon roll, and a homemade lunch. |
